About Shawn

Shawn McGuire is an Omaha-based real estate broker and industry leader with more than 30 years of experience in new home construction. As co-owner and broker of Americana Group Realty, Shawn is known for his deep expertise in builder representation and new home sales strategy.

An instructor for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Shawn has spent decades training and developing top-performing new home sales professionals across the country. He also served as a national new home sales consultant and spent 33 years representing Celebrity Homes, one of the Omaha area’s leading builders.

Throughout his career, Shawn has helped shape the new home sales process guiding thousands of buyers and working alongside builders to improve how homes are marketed, sold, and delivered.
